How to submit a problem report:
Log on to the ECS Portal and locate the HelpDesk section. From there select PROBLEM REPORTS and fill out an online report.
Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
You may also call us at: (916)278-2858 or (916)278-6690, and we will file a report for you.
- Where is the problem?
- What is the nature of the problem? Please provide us with a description and give as much detail as you can in regards to the problem.
- Please provide your contact information so that we may contact you in regards to the problem. This is optional, we will not spam your inbox.
