The Student peer-coaching program at [CSUS College of Engineering and Computer Science] will show engineering program around the country that if we provide some support and coaching to our freshman and sophomore students by juniors and seniors, the chances that they will succeed increases three fold. Our upperclassmen will learn the power of giving and empower them to show underclassmen that if you follow certain instructions they can succeed in achieving their dream...to become an engineer.
