TEK Keys:  The procedure for TEK key issuance is as follows:

1. Students must complete a "Riverside Hall 3013 Laboratory Use Agreement"
2. A faculty member must sign the form in the Permission section
3. Forms are turned in at the Department Office's front desk
4. When notified by instructor, students pick up their TEK key at Facilities Management Key Issue (southwest corner of campus)
5. When separating from the University, students must return their key
