  Student Lab Assistant:  Occasionally, EEE majors are hired to assist instructors with laboratory instruction. To qualify a student must have completed the course(s) at CSUS with at least a "B" grade, be recommended by the instructor and be enrolled in at least six units. This is a Level II-category position with a beginning hourly wage of $6.75. Each class normally requires 3-5 hours of assistance every week.  
 
Student Assistant Application Procedure
:  To apply for any Student Assistant position, a Student Employment Payroll Transaction Form and a Lab Assistance/Grader Application must be completed and submitted to the E&EE Department Coordinator during the first week of the semester. Faculty members requesting assistance will review the applications the second week of the semester.  Graduate students should also refer to the Teaching Associate section..
