Certificate Program in Web Development
:: Sign-Up Form

If you would like to sign up right away for the program, print the Certificate Program in Web Development application form (PDF file).  Fill it out and drop it off in the Computer Science Department Office, RVR 3018.  We will keep it on file; when you have completed all of the required courses, come to the department office and ask to complete the form.  The College of Engineering and Computer Science will then issue the certificate, and your name will be forwarded to the Registrar.  The Registrar will then enter the information into your official Sac State transcript.
